This particular Perp was behind me as I was parking, then he parked next to me, then got out of his vehicle like he was on a mission with his phone up to his mouth talking, and once in the store, he began walking toward the back to get someone in Management which he was out of sight of entering into one of the doors. Then the Manager appeared on the floor as if she was stocking items.
Yes, I agree. I noticed that he was looking trying to see what I was doing. I just caught him in the act. I want to know what are these Perps going into the store, making their way toward the back to get Management and what are they saying and what are they showing them. Management seem to get in position to participate in the targeting of them pretending like they are stocking shelves during the middle toward the end of the store hours .
