That would probably make whales even more happier with easy opponents. Having said that in real life there's always gamers that will go all in for Mehmed's YSG's and so on. But wouldn't it be a interesting kvk to follow if there were only such kingdom's in kvk2 or 3 that has hoarded up every single universal sculpture that they've gotten? Hahah
It wasn't a huge problem when you could migrate back to kvk 2 easily. That was my plan. Migrate back each time and save gold heads until I could make some meta marches and be atleast a tiny bit competitive in SOC.... Now I can't migrate back I'm just getting awful trades and wasting my time in soc
i am f2p/low spend.. if you get vip level to 14 as early as possible, it's possible to keep up. I am all Infantry and I have done good in kvk against some of the best kingdoms in the game.
I'm a f2p. It's all about combination and talent tree. I used the same pair. 1 golden and 1 epic. I thought the golden commander was strong but I was losing fights. I switched to epic main and golden as secondary. I was winning.
Working on maxing boudica prime now and have noticed how big the new commanders make a difference. I don't regret backwards investing in A/T though. Very efficient March. Great video Chis!
For me my route took me to several kvk 2 before actually staying and progress thru commanders. There was a friendship/ agreement/ not leaving someone behind. I am with you. Nevsky, Boudica, Scipio is and forward investment strategy is amazing. I can combine them with other commanders. I have to tell you that focusing on Saladin was my mistake. I even broke a mge rule to get it and max it. It was my failure
But you don't have to max saladin to be effective right? Also did you play multiple kvk2 and how you do that? You just migrate to newer kingdom again in again?
This forward investing principle that you describe has helped me to make the decision to save my goldies. Right now I just finished KVK 2 and I will wait for SOC now.

I've been saving a lot recently. I'm trying to finish my XY (to pair with expertised Nevsky), but then will be only saving. VIP 15 really helps on saving those heads, too. I'm going to be going on a similar route as your restart: migrating back to kvk 2 and saving from there!

I’m in my first KvK 4 and just invested more of my sculptures in Alex (5541 now) and plan to finish until he is expertised. I have unlocked/summoned all 3 “Mythic” commanders, but I may be doing the wrong thing by waiting a little longer to invest in them. The only reason I chose to continue investing in Alex is because I plan on migrating back to KvK 2 in the coming months. While in KvK 2&3, I will save sculptures to invest in those 3 commanders when that kingdom enters SoC.. Yay or nay?
I did Alex to 5553, But when Nevsky and those other mythics came I had to deviate from my plan a little bit. Now got Nevsky at 5512(maxing him eventually), same with Boudica, Scipio (starting to work after Nevsky). Meanwhile have Xy/Saladin, Guan/Leo ,Alex the great/YSG. Switching last one for Scipio soon as I have enough sculps for 5511 him.
It is a bad plan for one reason - the new migration rules. You will not be able to go back to kvk2, for your own sake don’t waste heads based the fact you think you’re going back
@@tnb7181 OH yeah, 100% agreed. Don't migrate just for that cause or plan to jump from SoC to kvk2 many times. U don't get to do it many times with these continued migration rules adjustments. They really want to limit backwards pedaling, and keeping new player environment as theirs as it can be. In this moment in time I'm not sure it even makes sense for most players. Someone who has an old account quit playing and started again(and wants to use that same acc) going back makes sense so he/she can get a running start for all the gear, commander's and everything that player has missed whilst been inactive.
The games has reached a state where using your gold heads feels very bad because the next wave of commanders will be so much stronger again. I saved about 1800 sculptures and I don’t want to use them because I don’t want to make a mistake. This makes the game no fun anymore
I agree bro . 1800 gh is a lot though. My advice would be to choose one troop type and go all out only on that troop type . I’m infantry , so i skip out on the nevsky and boudica . And i’m able to expertise all the meta infsntry

I hope at some point there are enough meta commanders that we can have some variations in who players use.. if boudi nevsky and scipio are the best everyone will have them. It'd be nice if every fight didn't have guan alex with saladin william and xy nevsky
if there are many meta commanders they wont be meta anymore haha, but agree that variations will be good. Maybe they should really play into more of the troop type counter that the game was originally meant to be. Maybe commander skills give bonus stats depending on how many of your other marches are of same troop type, but then also more penalized by their counters. Then players really are encouraged to specialize and plan fighting styles according to situation rather than the same 5 'meta' marches
20:40 I would say to use gold key commander because they saved the sculpture for soc I mean cao cao is better to have him 55/11 than trying to go for open field stats so I think bellisarius would be fine meanwhile you get another good legendary from wheel El cid or thutmose,with boudica I think,definitely thutmose(more stats,bonus dmg,decent museum buff) Well even mehmed 2 would be lit but you get less sculptures overall Scipio…mehmed,or sun tzu probably it’s better than Charles Martel
So if every commander released is gonna be much better then were gonna enter a cycle where you dont want to invest in anything cuz the next one will be much better and you'll feel like you're missing out.

I am f2p, casual player. Started in early 2021, played for a month, stopped, picked up again a few weeks ago. Have no wheel legendaries, except Boudica Prime. I didn't even know she is that good. I just happened to have enough gems to unlock her when she was on the wheel.

no, ysg expertise is strong. very strong. but for a f2p Alex if you're main infantry and saladdin if your main cavarly have more priority. still that ysg is great, but he doesn't match very well with epics. in my opinion try to have him 5515 and after go for alex
@@lorenzopassarella9229 he is a must expertise commander, you can skip alex for ysg, but you can’t skip ysg for alex. ysg is the way to go, even if you’re a infantry main
YSG is a difficult decision now. I am in SOC and no one uses him anymore. He is still meta in kvk 1-3 but if you are FTP or a low spender, I would suggest you skip him and invest in Alex only. Save the gold heads for they new mythic tier commanders that are a must now. GH are sooooo hard to get.
I use Charles maxed and new scipio 5211 And get really Good trades Even with the Old scipio i got nice trades . I got Full Gold legendary eq with coin and Ring And spezial Talents
Is Charles + old Scipio worth it? My kingdom still juvenile (59 days) but since we can get Charles sculpture from golden key so I wanna expertise old Scipio if they are really that great combo.
Got one for you guys. When I first started the game I was winging it, didn’t look up anything but the game was fun. Seondeok was my first legendary I unlocked. Figured legendary can’t be a bad one right? Put heads in her until I started figuring out the game and realized what a huge mistake that was🤦♂️😂😂 still regret it
I didn't plan to do Boudica as I have literally only 2 legendary archer commanders which are Nebu/YSG. Does it really make sense to spend 700 gold heads to replace Nebu? 🤔 And does the strategy to not invest backwards apply to Guan as well? Cause he's the one I think about maxing next.
My account is F2P and haven't played for about a year. When I stopped playing ROK the kingdom that I was in had finished KVK 3 about a week or two prior. Any suggestions on how to get back into the game?
He's right. You can't invest in every commander in this game. You have to invest in a commander that has longer relevancy and versatility in this game.
I started the game a year ago in 1001. May 7th 2021. Quit and returned at January 21st 2022. I dont remember much from the past. Its either new commanders or i just had bad luck at getting those commanders. My first legendary at that time i think was julius caesar or æthelflæd. I didnt have seondeok, ishida, boudica or any other commander, I thought they were new. I didnt really focus on the talents of those commanders... i had someone help me understand the game and which commanders to invest on, though he didn't tell me enough back then 😅 so I invested on ishida once i got him thinking he was useful somehow. He wasn't. So now im just a slow grower also not being an f2p. I spend alot of money somehow im still at 8M power but 10M kp's. So its either im being dumb or im more of a fighter than farmer or grower, but i do have a 5211 saladin and a 1221 ysg, two expertised epic comms (beli, scipio). 240k t4 cavs (I main cavs) with decent equipment. Still trying to forge my first legendary, its archer so i'll try using it on YSG for that. Thank you for listening to my essay 🤣

I recently migrated back to a kvk2 kingdom and boy am I sorry I didnt at least invest in buying scippy and boudica prime... I could have been working on them from now till the next soc. I was in your same situation and moved on to Scipio P. Best decision I made. He is a beast and even at T4 I can hang if I fight smart and not get wiped out by the T5 every time.
First of all thanks for the video. But the following question arises for me, what if I have specialized in, for example, infantry and only have equipment for that, should I wait until another good champion comes for inf? or raise all of the new Myth Champions?
Started playing for under a month. Server is 45 days old. So from my understanding, I basically have to keep holding until KVK4 before I even invest in any legendary commanders. But won't that make me a liability to my alliance/kingdom? I know Sun Tzu is great (and I don't have enough heads) but I don't have other epic commanders of note worth to actually use in KVK. Barring Baibars that I started with, Boudica and Lohar which are basically NPC farming tools. And Jean, the 2 Egypt commanders and Flanders (who is a gather). Would a low level Jean of Arc work with Sun Tzu? Or maybe using Boudica / Lohar as secondary for their healing?

I literally did the opposite… started a year ago and just finished Kvk 2 for the second time. I have Alex, Charles, Saladin, khan, ysg, Edward and tomyris all expertised. I had a blast leading my kingdom at one point I was garrison two flags and rallying with another. For me the money was worth it. I will never get that experience again. It was nice to have the Kvk 2 meta almost finished (sans Constantine) and it’s nice knowing my account is strong enough to take a “Crystal Break” at any time
I just need to point out that only invest in 1 of the 3 mythicals along with a pair with him and then maybe maybe later later very very later if you want to have a cav or inf or archer march too then invest in a 2nd one
What did u guys think about P scipio and YSS in Open Field ? Did someone Tested it ?? The capabilities Sound nice . But i didnt Tested it yet, because o didnt maxed scipio

Saladin is not a failure for kvk2 and 3. To max it is a waste though.

This is sort of true, but as an example guan and Leo have been good for like two years and are still a staple for me. Heck I am still using Saladin.

As long as they dont make a ysg 2.0 or god-chainer 2.0, its always going to be ysg expertised first then thats when ill start to hoard universal gh.
Ysg and 5551 saladin are enough to enjoy playing in kvk 2

Guan in the daily is probably the BEST investment you can make in this game.
I didn't plan to do Boudica as I have literally only 2 legendary archer commanders which are Nebu/YSG. Does it really make sense to spend 700 gold heads to replace Nebu? 🤔 And does the strategy to not invest backwards apply to Guan as well? Cause he's the one I think about maxing next.

It depends on your power level and the level of your researches. You can start a new Account and use your old account as farm account.

I started the game a year ago in 1001. May 7th 2021. Quit and returned at January 21st 2022. I dont remember much from the past. Its either new commanders or i just had bad luck at getting those commanders. My first legendary at that time i think was julius caesar or æthelflæd. I didnt have seondeok, ishida, boudica or any other commander, I thought they were new. I didnt really focus on the talents of those commanders... i had someone help me understand the game and which commanders to invest on, though he didn't tell me enough back then 😅 so I invested on ishida once i got him thinking he was useful somehow. He wasn't. So now im just a slow grower also not being an f2p. I spend alot of money somehow im still at 8M power but 10M kp's. So its either im being dumb or im more of a fighter than farmer or grower, but i do have a 5211 saladin and a 1221 ysg, two expertised epic comms (beli, scipio). 240k t4 cavs (I main cavs) with decent equipment. Still trying to forge my first legendary, its archer so i'll try using it on YSG for that. Thank you for listening to my essay 🤣

I was in your same situation and moved on to Scipio P. Best decision I made. He is a beast and even at T4 I can hang if I fight smart and not get wiped out by the T5 every time.

So from my understanding, I basically have to keep holding until KVK4 before I even invest in any legendary commanders.
But won't that make me a liability to my alliance/kingdom?
I know Sun Tzu is great (and I don't have enough heads) but I don't have other epic commanders of note worth to actually use in KVK.
Barring Baibars that I started with, Boudica and Lohar which are basically NPC farming tools. And Jean, the 2 Egypt commanders and Flanders (who is a gather).
Would a low level Jean of Arc work with Sun Tzu? Or maybe using Boudica / Lohar as secondary for their healing?
@Davidtjeuh YSG is only available from wheel is that correct? But between being a low spender and trying to get VIP (on 8 right now), that seems difficult.

I literally did the opposite… started a year ago and just finished Kvk 2 for the second time. I have Alex, Charles, Saladin, khan, ysg, Edward and tomyris all expertised. I had a blast leading my kingdom at one point I was garrison two flags and rallying with another.
For me the money was worth it. I will never get that experience again. It was nice to have the Kvk 2 meta almost finished (sans Constantine) and it’s nice knowing my account is strong enough to take a “Crystal Break” at any time

Scipio is much better than Guan Yu. I have (Alex maxed/Scipio 5551) and it's beating most of the marches in open field.

I just need to point out that only invest in 1 of the 3 mythicals along with a pair with him and then maybe maybe later later very very later if you want to have a cav or inf or archer march too then invest in a 2nd one

Depends on what troop type you normally use.
I'd say - the precise investment moment for KvK investment is 10 min before Pass 4 opens. :)

Hey there. Yes those are solid for KvK 2, although khan will not last as an investment. I prefer alex sun tzu to alex bjorn but both are good.
