oh man my dream car right there,...that engine VR6 the sound and i love the fact the previous owner knew about ColorMFA makes it amazing and lovely there is so much tuning potential into this to make it the ultimate project!
I’ve got a 68 RS3 pre wltp and I love it to bits insanely fast as stock but always remember my mates Renault 5 gt turbo back in the day..doing 100 mph in that felt like being on the edge of the abyss, old quick cars are more fun because you always felt like you could stack it at any moment. You can do 100 mph in the RS3 going the shops - you get complacent, probably more dangerous

Jheeeez,R32 MK4 is still to this day my dream car and favorite VW ever produced.👌🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥. We have a show here in East Tennessee where I’m from called “Wookiee’s In The Woods”,lol!! 100’s of R32 MK4-5 come and carve up the beautiful backroads we have here in the states. I.e. US129 A.K.A “Tail of the Dragon”. I try and make it up every year when I can and when it’s gonna have good attendance. It’s crazy to hear 80-100 of them revving and driving them thru the mountains. Such n awesome and unique sound!👌🏽 arrgghhhhh ggaaaahhhhh gaaahhhh(Chewbacca voice)🤣🤣🤣 🔥🔥🔥🔥another banger my G!👊🏼

I had a mk4 back in 2005 and a 1.8t 180 had it remapped by power engineering way back then, good cars that look great but handled like a boat, the body roll on them was ridiculous lol if u took a bend at more then 4mph, they was seen along with the mk3 to be the worst of the golfs to date and damaged the golfs rep where the mk5 then picked it back up, this one has had work and is a nice car though you can see and all these years on the sound is still top notch.

The MKV is definitely the better car though. The DSG is amazing and can handle way more torque than the glassy MKIV transmission ever can.
