Well I mean...being born a normal wolf....you have to have both normal wolf parents....and to be born a werewolf...you have to have both werewolf parents...or at least one werewolf parent. It’s a 50% chance to be a werewolf when you have one parent that’s a werewolf
We know at least Ein’s dad is a werewolf, and we don’t know if his mom is one, but he either had that 50% chance or he didn’t. Either way, he was born a werewolf
Only Aphmau’s dad is a werewolf, so she had the 50% chance, but it didn’t work, and she was born human
