The Nemedian foundations and ceilings are so badly shaped that most of the time when you are placing an object above it, you get the message that is not aligned, even when the surface is supposed to be flat.
Just use stage floors, you can still use the fence foundation offset trick to elevate the bed, but you might need to doublestack them, since they're only half height. Hope this helps.

What's the mod you use to allow walls on the sides of foundations?
"Less Building Replacement Restrictions", which also gives the larger, more visible facing arrow.

You can put fence foundations on the sides of foundations now. Basically the same thing.

I don't think so. They were part of the Twitch Drops from may 2021 and they are not longer available.
