Actually,self concept is the key.
Moza, I mean your sub is wonderful! I was trying to enter the void state a few days ago and I decided to use this sub and your unbearable booster together and I confess that I almost entered the void state, seriously, it was incredible, I'll try again today, if I manage to do it, I'll come back here to tell you more about it that. Basically what I did was to be very relaxed before going to sleep and 30 minutes before going to bed I listened to this sub and the sub I mentioned previously also using an internal conversation in relation to the void state and I made an effort so that what I was saying internally remained as firmly and clearly as possible. And again, I almost entered the void state, I just didn't because I had a muscle spasm in my leg, but I'll try again today, thank you very much Moza! If I can, I'll come back here ❤

I haven't entered the void yet, but I've noticed a certain change in myself: I've felt more confident and I'm finding it easier to control my emotions, especially when it comes to relaxing, I find it incredibly easy to relax when I realize I'm anxious, just as it's been easier better choose the thoughts I want to have.
