Looks fantastic on your bike! I just ordered a set for my ZX14R SE I heard it helps with adhesions if your rims are warm, use a hair dryer so they're not cold. That bike of yours looks so freaking fun to ride I want one! heck I want a Honda monkey too 🤣

Would you rather remove the wheels or is that overkill?
It would definitely be easier. I've applied a lot of decals so I felt pretty comfortable with doing them without removing the wheels. Just make sure to get it lined up close to the edge of the rim and use that as your guide. Motoinkz has videos on here as well that I recommend you watch.

Thanks for your video and tips. Just got the same decals with custom text. Was wondering where you got the black stripes that you apply on the original yellow stripes?. All I can find are reflective stripes
I got them from Moto Inkz as well. They matched the finish of the wheel perfectly. What text did you go with for yours?

Lol glad i watched this first. Didn't know there was different sides. Just installed them and wasn't to sure how they would look on my bike but came out great and looks like a different bike..added some visual hp lol. They felt kind of like they didn't really want to stick when putting them on but now they seem to be sticking pretty good and yes I cleaned the surface. How are they holding up so far?
They are still looking good. I did have a couple of the really fine points kind of peel up a little. My remody was to heat those areas a little with a heat gun and press them back down. Seems to have done the trick. Ride safe

They held up fine for the 4 years I had them
Do they cut the letters to go with the curve of the rim face??? See my IG. I had the wife cut a Yamaha sticker for me, on her cutter, but when I installed it, it seemed like it was fighting me to align it, the way I wanted it to. It was basically just cut flat, like if I was going to stick it to the side of my tool box.
These do have a curve to them.

What did you use to cover the factory stripe? Did the black stripes come with the kit?
I purchased a black wheel stripe kit from them as well. Matched the wheel perfectly.

What did you use to clean or prep the rims before fitting the decals
I used a non ammonia glass cleaner. Which also works great as a detailer on matte paint 😉
I'd like them better if they didn't say "moto inkz." If they said FZ09 or Yamaha, or anything else really. lol
Other than that they look great.
You can have them customized to say just about anything you want. I kind of liked the Motoinkz so I left it.
Ah, I didn't know that. Well, in that case, I may order some. I like the stripe design much more than the ones I've seen on Amazon.
Would have rather only watched the video shown in the small window. Pretty much figures that the decals for one side of the wheel would be opposite from the other.

Also, that part of the world goes on a one month vacation about this time of the year so that might be why you aren’t getting any response. It was going on when I ordered mine and took a while to get them.

Hey buddy I bought these stickers from motoinkz but they havnt really sent it to me I tried contacting them and their not responding to me its been over a month now. I probably sent them 20 messages.
I don’t have any affiliation with them but I know that part of the world takes some kind of summer break where everything shuts down for a little while. Maybe the virus situation has something to do with it as well? If they don’t respond you should contact your credit card company and let them know
