Dad's CRISPY chinese dumplings

It's been a while since we've seen each other, so here is a short film from my family to yours. We make traditional chinese dumplings whenever there is something to celebrate, and every person to have ever tried my family's dumplings said they were the best. The real secret is in the homemade wrapper and the black vinegar dipping sauce! This occasion is christmas, so I thought I'd put my creative hat back on and film something for you to enjoy. In this video I didn't focus too much on the how to, or the recipe, because I wanted it to be more about time together with family.
