Go to the 2:15 part of the video where I show you how to find it when you are missing the customize icon. Go to Chrome Icon -- click on the pencil icon there Make sure your Search Engine is Google and it is also listed under Default Browser then go to Appearance --- Theme -- select one. then under Appearance --- select the Show Home Button Now open a NEW TAB -- you should see the Custom icon there now. The main www.google.com page will always be white and not customizable, the only one you can customize is the NEW TAB one. However, you can make the NEW Tab page as your Home Page under Appearance and Show Home Page, so it looks like you are customizing the main google.com page but you actually customizing the New Tab page. @@akistepinska How would you select your own custom image using only the settings menu. We are having a major issue with Win11 chrome that keeps losing the background and the customize icon dissapears.
@mikecmw8492 the video literally tells you how to get that customize button back 😅 and once you do ge it back you can upload a custom image of your choosing on it too
