Tbh i think the Newjeans and K-pop indutsry is done for if MHJ leaves. HYBE isn't very creative and K-pop will be very boring that's why Bang Si Hyuk said he was so worried with JYP on the You Quiz on the Block show. If Bighit was actually creative and good at choosing hit songs TXT would already be the best boy group in the world. The only hope K-pop will have is Teddy and his new girl group with TBL and I-Land 2. SM Entertainment gets inspired by Newjeans and HYBE follows the U.S pop trends.
Yeah it's sad how this industry is, you start liking those idols but if the company don't want them anymore it's over, no matter what. I hope they think about it and let her stay.
The creative aspect is important, and it's at risk, but regarding the continuity of NewJeans as a group, I believe that its members have the advantage of having enormous popularity, influence and a vast network of contacts and interests, also they have contracts (many of them probably long-term) that can't be easily canceled. And after seeing the audience reaction (composed mainly of people from the entertainment industry who seemed to adore them) at the NewJeans' presentation at last year's Blue Dragon Awards, it's almost certain that influential and very relevant people are paying attention to how this conflict is resolved. The members of NewJeans are young but they are not as helpless as people usually assume.
