I love both joropo and tambores. But it is wrong to spread misinformation. The sound is tambores while the images are joropo. Those are very different :(

Nombra al principio poblaciones con mucha influencia del oeste de Africa de donde vinieron la mayoria de los esclavos que trabajaban en las plantacioes de cacao. Parece ser que el dia de San Juan era uno de los pocos dias libres que tenian al año.

.This is not joropo. Joropo is dance in Los LLanos (the plains) and has a harp, and cuatro. This is tambor which has African roots, all the way to Maracaibo and the coast which is which has the greatest African influence. Joropo is inland, please change the music. Both, joropo and tambor, are fast paced but totally different feel. Tambor has a 'tumbao' move, whereas Joropo has a 'skipping' move to it. Thanks.
