Yes, he is looking at his notes but he is speaking clearly and fluently. There is not one umm or uhh in any of what he is saying. It's about what he is saying and not what he looks like while he is saying it.
He is doing a great job teaching and growing his church. If you don't like him or what he is saying that's fine and you are allowed to have those thoughts. But stay away from talking bad about someone you disagree with or do not care for.
