Then the Spanish arrived on this continent, not only were the Indians still at war with each other, the Spanish tried to make peace with the Indians, some did, others didn't. However, most Indian tribes would migrate all over, they hardly ever stayed in one location. Today, Indians of all the tribes have land they can govern as they see fit within the U.S., and have U.S. citizenship, and can go to any part of the nation they see fit. Israel has Muslims/arabs living within its borders, and they can go to any part of Israel as they see fit. However, Jews are not allowed in Muslim countries, and if they are, they are not allowed to go wherever they see fit to go. Anyone with a brain knows why.

You have to understand that America when The colonist came the natives or supposed natives had no concept of land title or a legal concept of it. Second, they were continually warring against each other so who's land was it? Keep in mind there were thousands of tribes in the United States and they all came from the Bering Strait bridge made of ice. So no one is truly native.
