Most PD-USB power supply chips drop the power to 10W per port if multiple ports are used. If you need QC for every port you will need an independent chip per port on the trigger board
I saw my Mac switch to 100w charging while using this module with a high power C to C cable. I'm not sure the module could handle 100w constant load but it probably has internal thermal throttling but might be bad to heat shrink wrap it and cover the chips without a heat sync first
what can i do for a 12v motorcycle battery to get at least 2 amp???? is sooooooo slow whit my xiaomi reminote 9s, it dont charge just i can get a slow discharge :( helppp
50c is very hot, especially considering it is free air right now. Think how hot it will get if it is concealed inside a vehicle behind the dash or enclosed in some housing without fans.
Indeed it's hot, I recommend using this module in vented environments, or using good heat dissipation. From the other hand my macbook charger is getting really hot when its charging the battery - I believe it can also reach 50c inside or even more

Hi ! It depends - PD can be activated at 9V 12V 15V and 20V on output, but the rule is, that input voltage should be at least 3V higher then expected on output. So If you have a device which runs on 20V PD - you should consider 23V or higher on input

@@rabbippfx You are absolutely right ! seems like One plus is out of PD standard ! What you can expect is 15W of charging power according to manufacturer, checked by other people.
For testing purposes I used Lab power supply, but you can use any DC power supply. Check my other video ua-cam.com/video/vqNNQIqiRzo/v-deo.html&ab_channel=KapelDIY in which I'm building the charger based on old laptop power supply, if you wish to use PD with 20V you have to use 25 volts or above on the input

Can we use it as reverse charge?
Hi, thank you for your video. Could you tell me if I can use this module for a DIY powerbank? Is it bidirectional?
Hi, its not bi-directional, so its not suitable for powerbank as a standalone solution, You will need separate cells charger

Absolutely nice video 😍, appreciated 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Can we get 33watts output if we connected 12v?
When using usb a the module switches to 5 v it said in the institution’s
12.07 plus voltage loss equals 11.5 to the module. So at best the module was using 9V PD.

Actually it's fine
It can handle 65w just don't use actual load use dummy load it can even deliver 100w with heatsink
If i solder a battery to this circuit, can i chanrge and discharge with this module or is it only one way?
No

does this module support fast charging vooc 3.0 oppo/realme?
nope it doesn't, realme, oppo are charged with max 15W using this module
@@kapeldiy7482 oke thanks you.
Is this good for powerbank
I don't think so, module itself is consuming some power even not charging anything, and it will drain the cells

Yes it can, it supports QC from 1.0 to 4+

Can it boost from 12v to 20vPD?
Nope - the input voltage have to higher then expected PD voltage at the output
It can do 20V 5A, but it needs like 24V input. Also it gets really really hot, so some additional cooling might not be bad idea to consider.
