So a morning person. I get up by 5:00 latest 5:25 and will usually either start cleaning a bit after taking a shower or read. Lately I am trying to make room for working out during the workweek. I too am getting ahead of the New Years Resolution.
It’s been a tough year to teach that’s for sure. I was a ball of energy but the last 2 weeks I’ve been exhausted and run down. Not long now, stay safe, avoid Covid and enjoy your Christmas!! 💛💛
I am such a morning person. I jump out of bed and start running. I normally always get to work 30 minutes early. I am going to start my clean eating but not until next week because this is the last week of school and we have treats everyday and I do want to participate 😃
You should try green apples with peanut butter. I also crave salty crunchy foods a lot and substituted that with my crave for chips or kettle popcorn 🍿

I woke up at 6;15 am breakfast go on my phone for a little bit brush my teeth go get ready for school do my makeup at school my school usually starts at 8:00 a.m. I get there at 7:15 so I just have more time to do my makeup and hair then I usually go to all my classes that's my routine Madison
Once you start eating that way, it just becomes part of your life, not something you have to work on. When it hurts your stomach you are more motivated to not eat that stuff. Also, when you eat good most of the time then you can have a doughnut or a bagel or chips sometimes and it’s not a big deal

If I have something planned for like 8am I will have to set an alarm for 5am bc I will hit snooze till like 5:45 and It takes me forever to get going.

If i have iced coffie or regular im a morning person LOL!! But when i dont have coffie i still like to listen to music to wake me up. SOMETIMES.
