De Allende is an absolutely KEY player for SA. One of the first player’s on the team sheet. He is a monster on so many levels. Crash ball, good on his feet, turnovers, always wins the collision. Esterhuizen has never taken the step up at international level.

De Allende and Faf are almost guaranteed to start. We need that level of experience on the field. Probably find that Kwagga will be on the bench because of how good he is at coming on and making a huge impact against more tired legs.
I like it. I might consider DDA over Esterhuizen and Koch ahead of Malherbe on the bench but its a coin toss. Either could have it over the other on the day in both cases. Willemse is the player I miss the most. Putting my Stormers cap on I would love to see SFM get more time at 10. I want him there for the Stormers as well. Though its difficult at the Stormers to juggle it as we have 4 very versatile backline players in Libbok, Gelant, Willemse and SFM with the latter two probably the most versatile and kinda paying the price for it in that they are having to share the 12 jersey when all are fit as where perhaps Willemse *should* be at 15 and SFM at 10.

DDA, Kolisi only changes I'd make. Roos didn't blow me away last week and having Kolisi on the field is worth more than just his rugby.
