Ireland is a beautiful country and very green .
Penny's is the original name and founded in Dublin by businessman Arthur ryan .
It's known as Primark everywhere else because jc pennys in the USA had the rights to it's name so hence the reason for Primark.
So believe it or not Primark is an Irish company.
Thanks for sharing!
Oh loved u have shown us the temple bar! Would love to visit their some day. I've watch live events on live camera. Looks pretty good atmosphere 👌

The spire is built on the spot where Nelson's pillar stood until 1966.
Nice to see you enjoying Dublin and showcasing some nice areas of the city. That lovely arched white bridge that you mentioned is the Ha'penny Bridge. Lots of history there, over 200 years old. 🇮🇪🍀
It was great!
It's so surreal to see Shawn filming a walking tour of my city!
Had a great time!
Dublin always great
Great Scott!! Super walk through, really need to get there someday to pay tribute to my roots and look around the northside (where my fav band U2 grew up). Looking fwd to the Scandinavia trip. 👍
Thank you! It’s a great area!
Awesome vlog Shawn I’ve always wanted to go to Dublin
It’s a great city to explore!
Lovely walk and great tour! :)
Thank you!
Great Vlog as always Shawn
Primark is an Irish brand and that’s why it’s called pennies in Ireland. Great vlog again Sean can’t wait to visit again next summer. I recommend teelings whiskey tour if you have time as well

@@TheSanbrookeAdventures You should have gone to the Porterhouse in Temple bar, Doyles in Fleet street and any of the Galway Bay Brewery pubs.
Great vlog. It's great to see my home town in all its glory 😀 On your next visit, you should go to Croke Park Stadium. It holds 84,000 people. It has a museum but you can also do the Skyline roof walk. If you kept on walking, you would come to the Phoenix Park, which is the largest city park in Europe. There you will find the zoo, the irish president's residence and it even has it's own herd of deer. In 1978, when Pope John Paul II came to ireland, over a million people went to see him in that park...!!!

This vlog was really cool with so many different amazing types of very interesting places to visit, Ireland is a beautiful place with so much to explore in all it’s formal glory,I loved you showing us the various bars restaurants, temples, entertainment including one of the bars entertainer was singing rock band Queens legendary songs, I love your filming walking tours, did you notice there was a Tesco express store, 😆 great vlog as always very relaxing parts of Dublin reminded me of America and the colosseum museum from back to the future movie, did you know we have a bizarre museum over here in the U.K. called the poo museum it’s quite unique very interesting educational as well
Absolutely love Dublin and hope I can go back one day. Grafton street is also a great place for shopping and has loads of street performers.

A huge number of Americans, especially on the east coast have roots in Ireland and there is a historical connection to the country, nice tour Shawn!
Thank you!

Thanks Shaun for showing the city I was born in. I haven't been back there for 20 years so I must consider a trip soon. Keep up these fantastic vlogs.

Nice vlog Shawn Dublin looks a real nice city with lots of character. I’ve never visited but one day might get to see it myself. My former neighbour was from Dublin and had a real Irish accent!

I'm from Dublin and I'm going to tayto park as I live in england
While Primark is known as Penny’s in Ireland, Poundland is know as Dealz in Ireland

Love Mrs Brown's Boys 😀
@@CustomiZe_ Me too 😀 Have you been to see them live on there UK tour?
@@spencervisits1550 no I haven't, I didn't watch them when they went on tours. Only started watching them around 2018 when they started doing the Christmas and new specials but would love to see them live.
@@CustomiZe_ I have been to see them twice, my first time was back in 2019 and then my second time this year in June 😁 In my opinion If you love watching them on TV it is a must do to see them live.
LOOKS A BIT LIKE YORK IN YORKSHIRE !
I'd love to visit York, looks like it has loads of character.
Cool
You never said the name of the river, I was hoping for a pronunciation!!
👍👍👍
Hi
It seems very strange to me that they would put the US flag on its right, and have the Irish flag to the left of it.
Capital City of the Republic of Ireland not Ireland!
Also known as Ireland for short!
@@TheSanbrookeAdventures Belfast Agreement N.I Act for the first time since 1949 when the Irish State declared itself a Republic the British State never formally recognised it: only as "Eira" that changed in 1998 legally ROI refared to as Ireland; however, this Leeds to confusion as Northern Ireland is part of the UK.
