Love the information but don’t agree with that percentage pay. On a commission job getting paid hourly type wages you might as well get a w2 job. Getting paid by commission is like running your own business requires more of an investment because we don’t rely on a base pay. We create our wealth through building client portfolio.
I look at it as just a formula to pay my people while keeping them with some skin in the game. 10% overhead is still related on how much you spend while your company is still getting half the profit. Way too many variables than just a simple formula. For example, what should we pay our people, what if they are the top producers in the market?

It's funny coz they still getting that 50/50 lol if your loosing with those numbers your doing somthing wrong.
