A new place which I’ve become actually obsessed with is Pizza Cult in Ubud. Amazing food, great service, such a cute venue and really affordable. Also a great place to bring your laptop and work from.

I wish I was more adventurous when it comes to food but I don't eat fish :/ it grosses me out. So I don't eat a lot of the local fish dishes. Even though I know people love them. But I do love all the rice and vegetable and vegetarian options in Bali!

I put another local spot in the description called Ulekan that I know is really good Indonesian food. in general there are lots of street food and local spots, but most of them serve similar dishes (nasi gorang, rice and noodles, etc) but it was hard to find ones that really blew me away in terms of offering something that made me want to come back more than once. So I stuck with places that I ate consistently and kept me coming back because of the quality of the food. But I'm always open to suggestions if people have them :)
I used a couple different audio apps when I started and the first app I used wasn't great and it caused the audio to sounds a little off. So I think one or two of the places didn't have perfect lav audio.
Your choices are good and all, but they strike me as being quite bland and westernised lmao. You need to try one of everything that Ulekan has on their menu. Ulekan is most definitely one of the very few proper Indonesian restaurants in Canggu that actually makes really good traditional dishes from almost every single region of Indonesia. Try out all of their sambals. But if you’re looking for the real deal when it comes to specifically Balinese food, then you need to watch Mark Wiens’ recommendations in Bali. Also try out some Padang and Manado cuisines.

I am also a fitness geek, and one of my favorite gyms in the world is in Bali :) otherwise I would be a million pounds because I have a huge sweet tooth and love to eat!

Nope never had any food poisoning in Bali. All these places on this list are really well done and you shouldn't have any issues with their food.

Sounds sounds off when you are using the lav mic. Did you publish the video with the lav audio and the camera mic audio?
I used a couple different audio apps when I started and the first app I used wasn't great and it caused the audio to sounds a little off. So I think one or two of the places didn't have perfect lav audio.

How expensive on average were most of these meals??? They look to good to be cheap!
As I mentioned in the video, most of the places I went to$6-15 USD but there are plenty of local places that you can eat for $2-4USD
