Found out why the Oblivious Driver appears in almost every Beam video. The color palette we see their car in is used for one of the official configs. Said config is usually used in populating Beam traffic.
This is true - except that I don't use it as part of the traffic app, I usually just select the config manually to include it (most of my "traffic" is done using Script AI). Also, since you and others have been mentioning that it's the oblivious driver, I've intentionally been picking him for appearances ;) Thanks for watching! :)

Italian police don't use two door cars for patrol, and cops don't drive so stupidly. And typically american cars and trucks abitually don't even circulate in Italy.
