The level of abuse one takes is quantified by the level of ones self-worth. The less you love yourself, the more abuse you will invite in and put up with. Healing begins with something as simple as a thought which creates a vibrational shift that will no longer attract abuse. The thought should be I am worthy, I am whole, I am loved. Look at yourself in the mirror ten times a day and say “I love you”. If you love yourself, abuse will be a very opposing vibration to your loving energy. A beautiful book to read is The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Murphy. It’s life changing. When you accept yourself and love yourself exactly as you are, abuse will no longer be acceptable to your soul.

I can't believe it. Started listening to this when I woke up during the night for the usual. I fell right back to sleep right away. I slept in till 9:30! I had a dream , I swam in a magical glowing pond in a magical forest. I woke up without a headache and no aches and pains, a smile on my face and in a very good mood! I will for sure be listening to this video again.

I Just brought my precious furbaby Divah home from being at the animal emergency clinic since 7am… it’s now 11:28pm. I found out she’s severely anemic due to a fatty mass on her left frontal paw that constantly bleeds profusely. The veterinarian says it might be cancerous.

I can't believe it. Started listening to this when I woke up during the night for the usual. I fell right back to sleep right away. I slept in till 9:30! Anyone, please pray for me. I’m in pain and can’t sleep at night, so most nights I break down crying. I Just brought my precious furbaby Divah home from being at the animal emergency clinic since 7am… it’s now 11:28pm. I found out she’s severely anemic due to a fatty mass on her left frontal paw that constantly bleeds profusely. The veterinarian says it might be cancerous.
