DAO Farms A New Contracting Venture

We visited Alex Orr on the Scottish borders as he was out destoning in his Fendt 415 ahead of the leek drill, and he told us all about how he was starting out with his new contracting business alongside the livestock farming at home.
GRASSMEN are the fast-paced, global agriculture phenomenon whose video content and merchandise are recognised worldwide. The business was started in 2009 by current director Gareth Gault, known to fans as ‘Donkey’. His love and passion for machinery allowed him to experiment with cameras and upload content to UA-cam. To his surprise, a large following soon developed and the niche in the market for real-life, documentary, farming and machinery action made it possible to drive the brand forward.

Amazing video Grassmen! This is my wee brother Alex - so proud of him. Our dad died of Prostate cancer and Covid-19, only 3 months ago.
Alex worked flat out on the farm, helped care for dad and was the rock of our family. So amazing to see this video showing his hard work 💪👌🚜
