My daughter visited Amsterdam in November! She loved it! She's going back in June to go camping.. She brought back stroopwafels & Toney's as well!

We were haha we had a good sleep after that! 😴 There was so much we wanted to do and we only had one day to do it. Looking back I can't believe how much we did, wouldn't have been possible without the bikes! 🚲🚲

I love stroopwaffel, but I'm Team Poffertjes. From the US Midwest, I was in the Netherlands for the first time last summer and had both at the Albert Cuyp Markt. Also loved the Kroketten, Kaassoufle, Kibbeling and Frites with Samurai sauce. I bicycled everywhere. Also got to try Febo, actually liked their chicken wings best. Probably my favorite was simply having good bread. Also, definitely see Amsterdam, but make time to visit other cities.

Did you see anyone doing magnet fishing?? There is a youtuber that does magnet fishing and he is in Amsterdam. He finds bikes in the water all the time. LOL
We didn't but I don't think we knew that was a thing at the time so we might have cycled straight past 🤔

That’s the way to recognize tourists and expats. 😂
"Basic manners" are different in different cultures, you know. I wouldn't even think there could possibly be a problem with wearing a hat while eating. What's the reasoning behind it?
There’s a fairly old tradition (in some places, of course) of removing hats indoors.
You shouldn't film AND ride a bike in amsterdam if you are not confident to ride a bike. That's dangerous for you and other road users
