Pro Tools 2022.9 ARA Melodyne graphic glitch

Tested Pro Tools 2022.10 and same thing happens, must be Monterey latest update 12.6.1 since everything worked fine prior to that update.

I can't even get Melodyne to open...There is a "tips" window that covers the app and it won't let me close it...none of the other buttons on it don't work either

I feel like protools should stop adding new features and just focus on completely debugging
