FOR THE NAIL STAINS - use nail polish remover!! It doesn’t take the acrylic / gels off as they have been already sealed under the uv light! Works a treat as I always get something or other on my nails… hope it works 🥰

Love your vlogs Hannah - always put a smile on my face 🥰 One tip I have to actually wear my clothes and change them up is take clothes from the left hand side of my wardrobe and work towards the right. Essentially this should help you wear all the items through (as when you put stuff in the wash you are forced to wear stuff at the front and then when you put your washing away hang clothes at the back). Then you have to cycle through everything before you can wear that same piece again. Has been a game changer for me! Hopefully that makes sense!

Little tip with the toner. Apply it with you fingers not a cotton pad and you will save so much product. Literally if you pour a tiny amount into the palm of you hand and pat on face it is so much better :)
I have to have my first colposcopy soon and I am absolutely terrified, but you have put me at ease. I know I’ll have a wobble on the day but once it’s over it’s over 😇

Verity is so good! I really enjoyed it and I was thinking about the plot for ages. I’m really getting into reading and I’m so glad. I didn’t used to be into reading much but I think it was because I wasn’t finding the right books for me, I love going to my local library😀
The chin zone is the hormonal zone for pimples so it makes sense to have that pimple during your periods. That’s where I get mine too.

Good job on getting the scary medical things done. In 2021 I had the camera rod insertion thing done (sorry don't know the name) and had some 'strange dark area' results and was sent to a gynecologist for a biopsy of my uterus. They caught some pre-cancerous cells and a year of prescription treatment and multiple follow up biopsies my cells are now back to normal and no hysterectomy needed.
I overheard the gynecologist say to the student doctor "this is easy to treat if caught early and this was caught very early" So good job to me for sucking it up and going to my doctor when I noticed a change in my periods.

The not being able to swallow sore throat thing sounds like when I had tonsilitis. If it keeps coming back maybe go to the GP, you might need some antibiotics

Maybe you have hayfever ! I suffer since i was young . But lots of people get it late 20s early 30s. Its like a constant cold from march up untill september so ye maybe some hayfever tabs if u think its that but if not hope you feel better soon❤ Love always from Dublin💫🥰🇮🇪

Hi Hannah , I've just received my annual Smear Test as believe you me I had Stage 4 Pre Cancerous Cells about 9 years ago and the barbaric treatment I had to kill them off wide awake and a Tv on the ceiling so if you wanted to watch it all going on " up there " so to speak you actually could . Anyways Like you I've had HPV and I have to go for an annual Smear test Every year because of it ... but realistically yes that treatment worked out for me and I'm here to tell the tale So if I can help anyone of your Subscribers then please let me know hun Xxx
