John: Whilst they are likely to be used for CGI imagery in this short-term, Ped from Toffee TV was told by EFC that it is also the case that these stands will appear on some of the televised matches at the broadcasters' choosing. The affected seats will not be allocated as Season-Ticket holder seats. The approved plans always had 3 TV Camera locations identified at the centre and corners of the South Stand Lower Tier, even if they were shown to be up against the back wall.
I can't believe the bowl design hasn't properly accounted for all camera positions on a permanent basis without impacting seat capacity. Really poor in my view aa they look so out of place.
@@andyjones6749 I can't disagree with the last sentence. It's inevitable that camera locations will mean fewer seat positions but I'd have imagined them to be all permanent fixtures. The camera platforms at the centre of the W Stand and the NW and NE ones on the Accessibility Platforms in front of those Vomitories all have clear permanent use of a non-standard platform. Whereas the central E Stand one has a contrived platform on the seating terraces of the bottom of the Upper Tier and then there are these debatable permanent temporary South Stand styructures. Odd.
No, they’re not for seeing what the view will be like for season tickets. The club have confirmed with Ped from Toffee TV that those 3 platforms in the south stand lower tier are for TV cameras. The broadcaster will decide if they want them or not for live televised games. If they do, the club will remove some seats and install the platforms for the cameras and, obviously, won’t sell those tickets. I’m unhappy about this, but that’s what’s been agreed

Like I keep telling you , there is very little to see, then it’s about a mile walk across a muddy field with 6ft high grass just to get to a place where you can take off and land. I will do it at some point when the weather is better
Steepest stand in the country, 13000 fans in ‘the Blue Wall’ south stand, all 4 stands unique and different. It’ll be an intimidating cauldron and won’t be boring. UTFTs
The artificial grass which shows above the turf, will presumably be lower than the grass cutting height, so will remain untouched by the lawnmower blades. There are 100s of these pitches around the world.
Almost done 4 years of hard work ....its starting to feel all.worth it
Looking good👌
They are only temporary camera placements for the season ticket views to be taken. These will not be used for live tv coverage.

@@davidbadcock2225 Ped couldn’t find his arsehole with both hands. I’d be surprised if that’s true.
If the club knew this why on earth not try to design this into the stadium and not effect seating or look as poor as it does now@@davidbadcock2225

What is the discount for goxozy ? Stadium looking amazing
Should be a box to tick for 25% off
The temporary 'camera' areas in the stand are for pictures to be taken for season ticket seats.

Absolutely hate those camera platforms. Such a blight on a stand that's already compromised by a change in design.

If there going to leave them thre why not move the seats and build a proper one
Because when it isn’t a live tv game the seats will go back in

This may be a dumb question 😂.. but what happens to the artificial fibres when they cut the grass?
