This reminds me of the original shows with Georgie that I’ve been missing! I’m surprised by all the many new faces in the staff meeting. Olivia, congratulations, you are glowing! Learned a big lesson on recent 3 week trip from hot Morroco to cool Scotland...if you are going to the city you can ALWAYS purchase used or new clothes if you don't pack everything you need. Keep the packing minimal and smart.

Just wanted to share some consumer feedback with you, I know the last video had quite a few comments feeding back that the comments about an 11 year old were inappropriate.
From there I can see comments on that video have been turned off, in my opinion this is not the best way to build trust with your audience, you are essentially saying they do not have the right to share their opinions and concerns with you unless it's positive.
Rather I would have expected a statement of acknowledgement to be posted in the comments, or if you feel the video doesn't fit with the SheerLuxe values, it should be taken down.
To censor the viewer from providing honest critique and unbiased opinion where they feel there's something not quite right, rather than acknowledge the situation is quite poor form.
Happy to move on from this, just wanted to share my thoughts as a consumer on the message that this sends.
I think part of the decision to turn off comments during that episode was also the controversy regarding Phillip scoffield situation in the uk
