Hearing Burt talk honestly about parenting and the hard times and seeing now the relationship you all have gives me hope parenting my two daughters. Not only does it make me not feel so bad for learning along the way also, it helps laughing a little about the “growing pains” that come with parenting.

I hate spamming so you can delete these after reading, but the parenting/family conversations are so raw and real. Don't think they aren't interesting and actually IMPORTANT for us to hear.

To address Bert feeling like he's wasting our time or talking about things we're not interested in.. I know I don't just speak for myself when I feel like we're distant friends somehow. Discovering standup and loving that.. then seeing the family dynamic, listening to these podcasts, you get to know these people as people.. I'd listen to y'all debate if Zebras are black with white stripes or white with black stripes.. We listen no matter what you talk about. DOn't change, love the four of you

I think what Bert is talking about around 20 minutes in sound similar to Pathological Demand Avoidance, which is usually caused by Autism or ADHD. Narcissism is a whole different beast lol
