    I like the University of Virginia pin striping and the V on the cab doors.

    @firefighter8889 i agree with you they do the best they can casue some of the volunteers are full time at another firestation in a neighboring state and they have a long drive ahead of them

    @PersonalGeek The ambulance is stationed at sta.33 and is staffed by county emt\medics and has nothing to do with kentland other then using there building. just to clear it up a bit.

      The "old school" Seagrave is my favorite, that good ole Detroit power!

    • @mattjohnston7686
      @mattjohnston7686 5 років тому +1

      Nothing like Detroit power and a Federal Q

    These guys are the busiest fire company in the U.S. They run around 5200 to 5300 calls a year...and its all volunteer! So if you see that same water spot in the road ten times then they probably ran 10 diffrent calls.

    No disrespect, but , I think it's time to replace the mid 90s Ford Explores.

    • @emergencyresponsevideosand4423
      @emergencyresponsevideosand4423 Рік тому +1

      This was in 2008, they already replaced it in 2019 with a chevy, the 90’s explorers became deputy chiefs

    I got nothing against Kentland, but all the other PGFD volunteer stations run ambulances on volunteer basis. Kentland should too.

    @fireeater037 the reason i defend the honor of anyone who fights fires is cause the family house burnt to the ground and it took 7 different municipalitiy fire departments to put the fire out and all of them was volunteer and they would never let someone die in a devastating fire like that and that is why i am planning to be a firefighter

    @firefighter8889 i watch these guys on a webisodic series called the battalion i think these guys would do better as well as new york they sacrificed people to help the first few levels of the world trade center to safety before the building collapsed i think firefighters are just in general cool guys that look like monsters to help people out of a burning building or house

    one might agree except for the fact that thats illegal and its more then any department is worth to get caught doing that by a cop who just happens to be rollin on by.

    I wanna know how many calls you get in one day? cause in a few clips it looks like that water stain from washing the brush truck is still fresh.
    basically looks like you just hit the lights and sirens to make a vid

    What difference does if make if Kentland is "100% Volunteer"? You guys are only one out of thousands of other departments across this country that are volunteer, so why play it up?

    No they don't... they're all volunteer except the career county firefighter/EMT's assigned to the ambo.
    The fire suppression is 100% volunteer.
