I just back from a family holiday, and I had to drop a line about them. Was a tad anxious about leaving the car at Luton, but these folks were brilliant. The booking? Easy peasy. The price? Made me look twice, in a good way. The staff were like old mates, always there with a friendly nod or a bit of banter. The shuttle was quicker than I expected, a real godsend with the kiddos in tow. Found the car just as I'd left it, maybe even a bit shinier. Hats off to EzyBook, they've got this parking thing down to a fine art.
Thank you so much for this clear instruction, this airport has changed so much in recent years I would be totally lost trying to navigate it. £5 exit fee, I can remember when it was 50p.
@@TheOnlineDrivingInstructorwhich is long stay car parking free for an hour but then you need to get a shuttle bus. Mid term is free for 15 mins which is decent time to offload luggage and be on your way, that’s only a 8 minute walk to the terminal.
Thank you for your brilliant effort ,amazing May i ask what is the maximum time for pick up ? And if i will arrive earlier by 1 hour do you advice to park at car park 2 instead ?
When I went a few weeks ago the pick/up drop off was still a temporary area due to the fire (see my other video). There wasn’t any restrictions on how long you waited here & you didn’t have to pay. Unless they have changed the system in the last couple of weeks then you should be fine to wait in the pick up zone for an hour without having to pay 👍🏻
Went to Luton Airport pick up/drop off area yesterday for the first time, what a rip-off as passport control was beyond my control, my passenger was 40 minutes late even though the flight was on time, I ended staying more than 10 minutes than planned, then the paying machine wouldn't work, the 'enter' button is a V instead of an E, I ended up paying a fortune. The whole system was designed to confuse people so that they can squeeze as much money out of us, the toilets were dirty, frankly never again, it's a dump/shithole place.
After the arrival, once the bus came for drop-off the transfer was OK; however, we waited 10 minutes for the first transfer and 15 minutes for the second. The Ezybook website states the bus runs every 5 to 10 minutes. Not entirely satisfied.
I love these videos of airport drop-off/parking - really helpful if it's your first time driving to the airport.
Yep, that's about spot on.
Welcome to my world, the airport of last resort.
Excellent, Perhaps the best available even for new drivers. Great guiding yips when needed. ❤
Thank you so much for showing this vedio, it is really helpful because it would be my first time driving to the airport to drop off my friends.

There is a free drop off point, but then your passengers have to walk quite a distance to get to the terminal!
No fly on loser Luton airport okay✨
@@TheOnlineDrivingInstructor Thanks for the info 👍

The car park above has burnt to the ground taking the drop off area with it.

What car park did you do the drop off? Terminal car park 2 it looks like!
It isn’t a car park, £5 drop off zone.
Luton airport has (and still is) undergoing some big changes!
But you can still go to the drop off zone the same way that you showed in the video? It has not changed since you done the video 3 months ago?
The drop off zone is the same at the moment
informative...
The airport's own website doesn't say how you pay (advance, online etc)! Think payment is card only now.
You can pay by card or cash as you leave
❤
ur not going to the other side with the trains
GO ON THE OTHER SIDE UR NOT A LUTONER
