She already had some legal savvy. She apparently threatened the eventual deceased, Heather Strong, with a knife to Strong's throat in order to get Strong to drop the charges against Joshua Fulgham. It clearly worked as Strong did drop the charges. Now she has a full murder trial's worth of experience on how to exploit the legal system's exploits. Someone like that knows waaay too much to return to society. She's already playing the camera. She wants out. There's a huge risk that she could kill more on a hit list only she knows of people she wants to retaliate against.
Carr would now know to never talk to anyone since what did her in was talking to Josh's sister, who was working with police with a secret wire.

The people that have seen her being interviewed, primarily based on the fact that she was young when she was sentenced to death, and believe she didn't get a "fair shake" probably haven't seen these interrogations all put together in chronological order. They can't have, otherwise, they're just insane!

Listening to her, it's obvious that she believed she would be able to outsmart these seasoned detectives and talk her way out of murder, but clearly she was no match for them and these detectives took full advantage, because that's what they do. Be good and you'll never go there, most people in prison (men and women) are very immature people, although there are good people in prison that made mistakes in life most people there are self centered and the world revolves around them, thats why they fight all the time, they have no respect for each other and violence is the only way to get anything accomplished, of course a lot of that also has to do with the staff not giving a shit, being short handed, just a mess all around.

These profiles really angers me. Emilia Carr admitted to her participation in the murder which was recorded in an undercover sting. But she wants to be shown empathy for her? While now claiming she wasn’t involved in the murder. First step would be admitting her guilt and accepting the consequences for her actions and show remorse. Yet she can’t keep her mouth shut, while media profiles her in a national story making her a celebrity criminal. She’s a heinous manipulative psychopath. It absolutely disgusts me that shows can’t even confront her denials with the evidence of the murder.

I will never understand defense attorneys who makes up a story/believe that the defendant is innocent - which they are until proven guilty - How can you defend dangerous people (if knowing) that they are guilty of murder? Trying to get them out of jail/prison?! Any defense attorney who are making up a story to protect/defend anyone who is truly guilty of any crime, makes me upset. Everyone has a right to defend themselves, using an attorney in any trial. But to lie as an attorney is wrong to me. Thank you for an awesome documentary!
