Masha Allah. Jenna I was gonna cook goat but I think I am going to use my Eid ul Adha beef. Thanks for the wonderful suggestion. Ps.. u guys need to get an Instant pot it is amazing. U can chunkay and cook the beef or goat..even chicken in the pot and just cover it and it cooks very fast. Looking forward to your winner announcement. I have a big food processor..that little chopper wud come in handy heee. Asalamualaikum
Looks amazing as always. A little taste tip though, try putting green seasoning (same amount as you season curry chicken) and salt to the potatoes. Season it up and then add it to pot or let it marinate separately from the beef in the fridge. Thank me later on this one lol.
Oh Jenna that food looks divine ,so happy you mentioned kutchela what kind did you use.It doesn't matter all is good I recently heard of carailli kutchela that must really LASH lol.
