Hiya! When I add blue the buttercream turns green! Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Lol is it because the buttercream is an off yellowish white colour?

Maybe add a tiny bit of purple before adding blue to offset the yellow it will turn white then add the blue. That helps me not use too much blue

4-5drops for blue and 1-2drops for red , you can chill it for awhile if you want it to more darker
