If you are watching this video BEFORE you purchase this lock, you're very lucky. Don't buy this lock!! If this seems complicated, it is worse than it appears here. After watching multiple videos, and reading the instructions many times, it still won't let me add an additional user. And it's brutal to work with. Don't but Defiant. Buy anything else.
