Thank for acknowledging the "don't change" the structure of the nose, just define what you naturally have. Love your techniques. Still using Lion King edition makeup set. PLEASE bring it back! It's the PERFECT every day collection. Much love and blessings. Stay safe.🤎🥰🙏
I have been waiting for a tutorial like this from you because I admire your work. And I only want to learn from THE BEST. But I can’t stop crying the Breonna Taylor portrait is beautiful yet painful, it caught me off guard. RIP ✝️💕 BREONNA TAYLOR.
I love minimalistic makeup but unfortunately most black girls really do like heavy makeup. I understand why they don't think black makeup artists can do editorial look. I search high and low on UA-cam to find black makeup UA-camrs that love a natural look, but unfortunately they are extremely rare. Most want to see all there skin covered by foundation and thats before covering it again with a full coverage concealer. I love luxury makeup because they are usually very skin like, I watch Michele Wang here on UA-cam. I only wish I can find a black version of her coz I can't use most of the products she uses. Also something I noticed is that whenever editorial look is done by a luxury brand on black skin for example Charlotte Tilbury, they do the same heavy coverage foundation and super light ashy concealer. Even though that same brand normally does beautiful natural makeup.
I literally got to this video by typing editorial makeup artists and I wanted to filter out myself to find black artists, cos when I typed "black professional MUAs" etc, I kept getting beauty gurus in IG 2016 style. Or "makeup artists"who can't adapt their techniques.
Jaleesa Jaikaran is a professional makeup artist that likes bold makeup on herself, but she doesnt do bold makeup all the time, next all her "natural look" tips are actually natural because she does editorial makeup for campaigns as well.
I enjoy the videos. However, the music is too loud and makes it difficult for me to understand what you’re saying. It seems like there is an echo in your videos. Your voice is not crisp.

YASS, everything you said was spot on! i see a lot of black women who call it natural but it’s really neutral
We're around but not on UA-cam as much as influences 😏
@jazmeen04 did u ever find a black youtuber doing this type of makeup?
