My husband and I are planning our 20th anniversary celebration & just sent our first daughter to college. I’m so happy I chose my husband. At 50 years old, I am STILL baffled at how a man's occupation can turn on or turn off a woman. Most guys who are in trades make good money. If they're union, they definitely make money. For example, my wife started writing in a book of "Book of Letters To My Future Husband" instead of a diary. If she did something she thought I would be proud of, she wrote that in there to let me know. If she did something she didn't think I would appreciate, she wrote heartfelt sorrowful apologies in it. She would fantasize about our life together and write out what she was doing to prepare for it. She didn't let me, her previous boyfriends, or anyone else read it. That is until she gave it to me when we got married. We think it's such a great idea that we are going to have both of our daughters do the same when they are older and I recommend that others do the same.

I grew up where the only job I ever wanted was to be a Software Developer to help out my father, because I saw him constantly working and I wanted to help him. I am thankful that I have become a developer, and have been able to help him, even if I have "stunted' my own "career" to do so. Being able to let him go on vacations and allowing him to do things that normal people take for granted is something very stress relieving for him, and takes a lot off of him. The difference between what many of these girls want, vs what a man does is that men SACRIFICE in order to have these businesses in order to take care of their family, whereas the W's will sacrifice having a family in order to have a business to benefit themselves. I myself have also sacrificed, because I believed it was more important to help out my father than it was to pursue my own career with a company... However, I always wanted to work for my father/family-business, and I always wanted to own my own business, never working for someone else. So I have sacrificed and done what I had to in order to achieve what I desired. Another thing many don't realize is that a business doesn't make money overnight. It can take a varied amount of time to start getting a cash flow, where many want that "fast money." For instance, I spent the last 4 years building a Web Platform that I am going to be releasing to the public soon. I didn't make any money in those 4 years from this business, and all of my time was pure investment into the platform. That is something many people would not do, nor do they have the ability to not spend years of their life with not getting paid. I hope that my time and investment will pay off, but that is always a gamble. The worst part of it all is that so many just want a fancy title, while they don't want put in the work for that title.
Yeah same here bro, I’m a web developer and contract and work and it’s no joke. I’m constantly fixing patches and dealing with customer issues late at night. My father and grandfather had there own businesses so it’s in the blood for me, but that’s why I laugh when I here these people throw the word entrepreneur or CEO around when they have there little Cracker Jack business and then start saying they’re earning 6 figures, I call bs on that.

At 50 years old, I am STILL baffled at how a man's occupation can turn on or turn off a woman. Most guys who are in trades make good money. If they're union, they definitely make money. Two things my mom taught me about marriage whether to a man of value or an average man is 1. Respect is a mindset. Never shift from it nomatter what. Know when to shut your mouth and know when to speak, think carefully bout what you say. 2. There's no such thing as a divorce unless Im in danger.

It's never too early for a woman to start preparing herself to be a wife. But, there is a time where it becomes too late.
Most women have their heart set on a high earner. The older they get the less chance they have of getting one.
And that's why it's important to encourage kids to start considering it and how they will attain those goals early.
For example, my wife started writing in a book of "Book of Letters To My Future Husband" instead of a diary. If she did something she thought I would be proud of, she wrote that in there to let me know. If she did something she didn't think I would appreciate, she wrote heartfelt sorrowful apologies in it. She would fantasize about our life together and write out what she was doing to prepare for it.
She didn't let me, her previous boyfriends, or anyone else read it. That is until she gave it to me when we got married.
We think it's such a great idea that we are going to have both of our daughters do the same when they are older and I recommend that others do the same.

I’ve noticed that very few women listen carefully and fully. Few can answer a simple question straightforwardly. They have to use a lot of words to construct a scenario to justify themselves without facing the truth.They are so used to doing this based on “I feel”, that they miss the fact that they are lying to themselves and others. I come from generations of business owners, so I have seen this my entire life. My father has owned his own software companies for over 30 years, doing everything on his own with no help from others. I grew up watching a father work 80-100 hours a week, spending most of his time in his home office. I grew up watching what it's like when a business has success for a decade or so years, and then the technology changes and the product becomes "useless," and another business has to be started. I grew up having family vacations that consisted of "be right back, I have to take this business call," because no one was there to answer tech support calls when my father wanted to be on vacation with his family. I grew up where the only job I ever wanted was to be a Software Developer to help out my father, because I saw him constantly working and I wanted to help him. I am thankful that I have become a developer, and have been able to help him, even if I have "stunted' my own "career" to do so. Being able to let him go on vacations and allowing him to do things that normal people take for granted is something very stress relieving for him, and takes a lot off of him.
The difference between what many of these girls want, vs what a man does is that men SACRIFICE in order to have these businesses in order to take care of their family, whereas the W's will sacrifice having a family in order to have a business to benefit themselves. I myself have also sacrificed, because I believed it was more important to help out my father than it was to pursue my own career with a company... However, I always wanted to work for my father/family-business, and I always wanted to own my own business, never working for someone else. So I have sacrificed and done what I had to in order to achieve what I desired.
Another thing many don't realize is that a business doesn't make money overnight. It can take a varied amount of time to start getting a cash flow, where many want that "fast money." For instance, I spent the last 4 years building a Web Platform that I am going to be releasing to the public soon. I didn't make any money in those 4 years from this business, and all of my time was pure investment into the platform. That is something many people would not do, nor do they have the ability to not spend years of their life with not getting paid. I hope that my time and investment will pay off, but that is always a gamble.
The worst part of it all is that so many just want a fancy title, while they don't want put in the work for that title.

Yeah same here bro, I’m a web developer and contract and work and it’s no joke. I’m constantly fixing patches and dealing with customer issues late at night. My father and grandfather had there own businesses so it’s in the blood for me, but that’s why I laugh when I here these people throw the word entrepreneur or CEO around when they have there little Cracker Jack business and then start saying they’re earning 6 figures, I call bs on that.

My BEAUTIFUL wife paid for our first date which was very surprising, we've been married more than 26 years.
My mom never even made as much as a teacher, but she's been able to to it alone since retired at 66. She's 85 now. But there are no fancy trips, new car, eating out regularly. But these modern women don't have the grit to live so basic.
My mom receives my dad's income and she lives modestly. She pays her rent, bills and food. She can buy a few clothes and trinkets. Ain't no traveling all over this and that.
@Moto 66. Don't know why I said 60. She had a state job, so they are taking care of her basically. And she scrimped and saved all of her life. My whole family is hella frugal.

Me too man. Not even 30 and I think I literally had a heart attack yesterday. Too scared to go to the hospital. I’m 150 lbs 5’-10”. Two failed marriages. Doesn’t matter how fit you are man. Your health is so important. Don’t settle for one who won’t cherish you. Emotional trauma causes physical trauma. Don’t let this happen to you. I’m seriously worried about my ability to work now and I make 6 figures. Don’t matter anymore now and I’m honestly a bit afraid.

I have female cousins in there 30s and 40s that the younger women looked up to in the family they always had a different man chose the pookies and ray rays and kept hair done outfit bag etc!!! They took all their cues and watched these women not knowing the real fact that they were high school dropouts and living in section 8 apartment and repeated the cycle!!! They now ask me for advice because I am married with kids and a career!!! Be careful who you look up to ladies and look beneath the surface ask real questions of the women that you are influenced by that dont teach them to not end up like them admit mistakes and that the club, different men in and out and endless hot girl summers is a recipe for disaster in the future!!!

What separates Modern woman from HD is that modern desire to be “pleased” by a man “solely” and prepares for that with a mindset of “I don’t need a man, I’m independent ie degree/career/$ -please me or get lost”. While HD desire to please a man and prepares herself with a mindset of “I need a man ie I prepared dinner etc/I want to have Your children/how can I be of service(please you)? And the great thing about the HD woman is she knows better and has this mindset with or without a degree/$ etc, her HD attitude is she knows her role she plays as a (Mans) woman and enjoys/loves it(wouldn’t have it any other way). If you were trying to create a computerized or AI version of a modern woman, so one that wasn’t speaking and reacting in their feelings, one that wasn’t distracting from the conversation by being rude or yelling, one that was simply factual and honest and wasn’t trying to deflect or blame others (men)… this is what you’d get. She has zero emotion, there is no anger, pride, ego, no ratchetness, she’s just COLD and factual. And because of that, she’s showing what most modern women truly feel and/or believe. It really is the perfect interview! I don’t think he fully recognized it at the time, but had he remained with us, he probably could have come back to this interview and dissected the hell out of it. This should be studied in psyc classes; I’m dead serious too…. there is A LOT of information to inspect and absorb here. Take away all the other emotions, and this is what is left at the core of the “modern woman”. Cold. Calculated. Selfish. I think we get distracted (on purpose) by the emotional things they can exhibit, imagine if we could actually see THIS core right off the bat? What a super power that would be for men; but not one modern woman would EVER have a chance with a man again. Game changer right there.

The kiwi woman was one of the best KS interviews. Low on emotion (I notice he tones it down a shade for international callers) and a great summary of the key issues and concepts. She was open to all of it which made the conversation so good. Bravo.
I dare say she is very typical of women in the Southern Hemisphere who have been sold the lie that career is first second and third and who are not willing to settle or possess the traits that make them marriage worthy. Great analysis.

I remember getting advice from women...a man in loafers/slip ons meant he was lazy. Boots or scuffed up shoes meant blue collar. They liked laced dress shoes that are shined and polished.

Not all and not all the time but some try to blend in as much as possible with the general population so people don't try to take advantage of them for their $.
I have seen it and found it rather funny because they'll sometimes slip up by missing little details like forgetting to swap out their watch or something like that. So, you'll see what looks like a pretty average guy and then they have a really expensive watch or something like that on which would be a dead giveaway for anyone who noticed it.
Then again, maybe most people who see something like that would be more likely to assume the watch is a cheap knock off than the guy is rich and trying to camouflage himself.
