Its always heart breaking for parents to see their children ignorant of each other but they say Time Heals Everything.. Slowly and gradually they will be together playing, eating, sleeping, etc and you will indeed be The Happiest Parents! Kudos to your efforts and truly we are overwhelmed to see an equal amount of love and affection from your side for Anayka and Lucas! You indeed proved that even animals have life just like a human baby have! Loads of Love❤💕
What I understood is that.. Both are such sweethearts, but only if Lucas was a puppy and both grew up together, that would really build a stronger bond. But he is what he is. So try leaving the two alone for sometime, (obviously you hide or watch from far, or maybe leave a camera on that is connected to your phones) and see how they go about. Coz dogs are very, very caring and responsible when they are left with any responsibility in hand. And Lucas is such a gentleman that I'm sure he will take real good care of your little baby.
Once anayka will be a little more elder than she ll definitely fall in love with lucas.. Its just the beginning she cant even speak her emotions now.. So with the passage of time she ll realise that lucas is family

I don't think I've ever seen a video of this kind!! so heartwarming! maybe anayka feels unsafe around lucas as he's the only dog she interacts with. maybe she finds him weird as she hasn't seen many animals so far. Probably the pandemic has made it difficult for newborns to see the real world. how about taking her to pet stores/zoo? showing her baby & dog"s cute relationship videos? it might be a good start to make her understand that she can be friends with lucas. Also, I noticed, she didn't react much when u met her after 1 day at goa, so maybe it'll take some time for her to start feeling attachment/ friendship kind of emotions. every kid is different. please be patient. don't stop trying. hope to see a cute video of both of them being frnds soon!

They’ll get along with each other... it takes time. When I was small (from what I hear from my family) , my dog used to behave in the same way Lucas is behaving may be. If I entered the room, he used to immediately leave the room, but there’s one thing for sure, he cared for me. And when I grew up , it wasn’t the same thing at all! He didn’t runaway from me the way he used to before. Give them some time. The bond would be much stronger than you can now possibly imagine it would be.

Don't try they eventually get bonding if u try they will never become friends give them there own time. I too did that i tried tried but nahi ho paya then i left trying they naturally got bonded with each other. Lucas is a sweetheart😘
Don't worry they will get along...Its just that their age is almost same and at this age both want attention. You ppl should train Lucas to look after Anaayka trust me this will help. Start with small things like make lucas sit near Anaayk when she is sleeping this will help lucas see her calm side then when she wakes up and cries Lucas will try to calm her by licking her. Then u can also try, Keep Anaaykas toys in one corner of the room and keep the basket on the either side and make anaayka sit near the basket then ask lucas to bring the toys to Anaayka and let her put it into the basket . Try introducing such small games and see with time they will become buddies. Hope it works😊
