You eat the wrong wada pav place.
Sham cha vada is very famous in Kolhapur. Its size is too big as compared to other Vada pavs Which is behind Rajam College on Pune Bengaluru Highway . 2 is Anand wad Near Temblai Temple you miss this place.
Hindustan bekary is famous is only for bakery products. Not others stuff.

Vada pav ka stall ka name apne wrong liya
Ayyy it’s jhada khalcha Vada pav, meaning of the name is Vada pav served under a tree. (Jhad means tree 🌳 khalcha means under)
I think he knows that he is from Mumbai and we all know Marathi maybe just a slip of the tongue

Jhadaklalcha nahi…. It’s call zada khalcha means ped ke niche wala…. 😂 I know dis vada bcoz m from Kolhapur
It would be appreciated if you could do a bit more research before pronouncing any words. It's Dosa, Do for the number 2 in Hindi and DHo seen in Dhokla. also the place name were such dosays originated is called Davangere (It's not giri).
Otherwise the food tour was good :)
Actually the Davangere dosay, comes with uncoloured aloo palya and it's pure coconut chutney, absolute white in colour with almost no visibility of green. Not sure if you found it green at that place.
After watching this video I realised how much fried food we indians eat😢
