The voices in this clip are demo versions of songs that were going to be placed in the movie, meaning someone else was singing. However, in the film it is the actual actors who are singing. They just didn’t record their songs till later in the filmmaking process. And no, they do not use auto tune.
Most likely they do use autotune. It's not an insult to say that, it just cleans of the rough edges - and we're used to an insanely clean, almost sterile sound these days. Every popstar uses autotune. Want to hear recordings without? Go for classical or metal or really old ones.

lol i know how it feels to be constantly at work for a show or performance of some kind (with dancing and singing) (i was in a musical) and it’s so stressful but the end result is so amazing and rewarding when you finally step on that stage and see the audience before you
amara sofia look in the top right hand corner, it says credit to who originally filmed the video, also I don't think they'd let fans in their studio, probably for privacy reasons (and so they can rehearse in peace with out fans bugging them) and also if they did let fans/the General public in, watch them rehearse, then go see the movie when it opens in the cinemas a few months later, they'd be like oh I saw them rehearse all the steps for, as in AKA it would cause spoilers and I DON'T think most people like spoilers, as it would ruin the excitement of wondering what is going to happen in the movie

Awesome you guys. I owned a studio for 15yrs. You put so much work into that choreography. I think many people don't realize what a triple threat is & how much singing, choreography, acting, politics, & just everyones personalities meshing is so challenging. I loved the peep behind the scenes. You're all so talented. Thank you!
it is genuinely so magical to see the choreography as it would have been made to be seen in universe. like, i love angles that follow to movement, but i would *kill* for just a version of all the performances thats a static audience camera to see what the audience saw in the movie
The woman in the blue tanktop in the treblemakers was someone filling in for one of the guys (NOT Benji), and then the woman who rushed in later to sing the magic part was filling in for Benji
shes probably a choreographer or dance coach or something- in rehersals they often have people fill in for others so the rest of the group can still work as a whole

They have pre-recorded music with their voices, but like how rebel was in the middle towards the end of the bellas performance, while filming she would actually sing the real part in time with the recording so the others wouldn’t get messed up while they were dancing.. the real concern should be if the music they were practicing with was actually that high pitched or not 😂
