What is the frequency of this OM, please? This is serene with the much lower OM, as if a gentle, embracing wave for comfort, that invites the body to reawaken healing in all its realms. It is not demanding, it is a gentle guide of encouragement. The drums provide an ancestral connection akin to footfalls in sacred territory. Thank you so much 💚
