Butternut Squash Pizza!

Ingredients:
1 Pound Pizza Dough
4 Ounces Goat Cheese
1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
1 Fennel Bulb With Fronds
1 Pound Butternut Squash
1 Red Onion
1 Bunch Parsley
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Amber Honey
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ Teaspoon Fennel Pollen
¼ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Ohhhh that looks good! A good tip when you make pizzas is to sprinkle the pan with cornmeal before you put the pizza on it. This keeps the crust from sticking to the pan and makes the crust more crisp.

try tucking your finger tips under when your chopping you will never cut your finger because your knife will hit your knuckle and keep you from cutting yourself

just a fyi from a french lady....béchamel. Syllabification: bé·cha·mel. Pronunciation: /ˌbāSHəˈmel the first syllable sounds like the english word "bay" so baychamel...;) thanks for the great recipe...i wasted so much butternut squash this year because i had no clue what to do with it...
