Seems like a lot if the hair on the edges will be transperent with this method...? At least on the image you used. So you will still have to manually go in and paint the hair back.. Nice idea though. Might come in handy sometime.
Great tutorial. I don't except this metod in any tutorial. Many years ago when i started in photoshop and can't cut background in object i used this technique :)
