Thanks. That explains so much. I have allergies to many processed foods and personal care products. I found out how bad my PG allergy was after trying to use both the patch and vaping to quit smoking.
You should let people know that some soda's also have it, and tea leaves. I get migraines from some soda's and can't sleep at all from using regular tea leaves, even caffeine free. I can drink organic teas. Cannot drink most store bought cold teas, give me immediate urinary infections. There is SO much more to this story. Do you know some drug stores don't sell regular Benadryl any more? Only allergy free because the regular has Glycol and to many people are reacting to it (gives me hives which turn into Angioedema and without intervention end up in the hospital emergency room).
If you get to see this, READ... Get PG out of your system. Meaning EVERYTHING that has PG in it. You will see how healthy you will be. In just about 2 weeks, you will know the differences. Although it takes about 24-48 Hours to notice, 2+ weeks and you will see how healthy your body becomes.
