Hello Jake. I deleted the previous comment, because I spoke too soon. Loving the video, but there is an issue with the google Maps email extractor you mention. On the actor page there is nowhere to input the dataset reference number, or at least not that I can see. It certainly is not below the README button as it on your screen. Any advice?
Hey there! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. It sounds like you might have run into a little hiccup with the setup. Have you tried refreshing the page or checking if there’s an update to the tool? Let me know what you find, and I'm here to help you troubleshoot it further. 😊
I see what you're talking about - I've recorded this video a few weeks ago and it seems like the Google Maps email extractor has changed its functionality - which means it's not working the way I showed. Anyways, I recommend you to join the Skool community as I show there another way to get leads for free using Apollo.io - this can help you.
The new functionality of the Google Maps email extractor allows you to use only 1 actor instead of 2 - Just go to the Google Maps email extractor and put your parameters like "Restaurants" in "Los Angeles" + put the amount of places you want to get (for example 10). Then click the "Start" button. Once the Run is done, you'll see the places + the contact details of each one. Then, you can export them into a CSV by clicking on the "Export" button. You can drag and drop that CSV file into your Google Drive and work with it as a normal Google Sheets by right clicking the file and choosing Open With > Google Sheets. I hope this helps you 🙏
Awesome stuff Dawson...This is really Cool..wish you a million subscribers soon

@@Jake.Dawson Hi. I've tried a different browser and get the same thing. I;m going to look for another extractor
I've posted this problem as an issue with the actor and the developer is going to take a look at it
