A) Praying to men as "intercessors" is the exact definition of blasphemy. Never ask another human being to be intercessor between you and God, for there is ONE. B) Venerating Mary is not acceptable because she's the (EARTHLY) Mother of God. It's still blashemous to use ANYONE as a mediator between you and The Father except Christ. C) Using rosary beads and big statues to honor and bow in front of, IS IDOLATRY. It's not "acceptable" because YOU think it's o.k, nor is it because some pope said it. There is but ONE GOD, ONE MEDIATOR between God and man.
So WHY would I allow the blasphemy to drag me to hell right with it? Why would I confess my sins to a MAN in a little confessional box?
Only if my mind is CARNAL! Jesus said we are changed by the RENEWING OF OUR MINDS, therefore becoming born again into this world and SET APART from them.
If you've never humbled yourself before Christ and confessed to be a sinner, asked Him to come into your life and HE DID, then your NOT born again .
Catholicism won't save you, neither will "Christianity". Only Jesus can save the soul ad renew the mind.

I struggle to rationalize within the gospel, the positions held by this doctrine.
A) Praying to men as "intercessors" is the exact definition of blasphemy. Never ask another human being to be intercessor between you and God, for there is ONE.
B) Venerating Mary is not acceptable because she's the (EARTHLY) Mother of God. It's still blashemous to use ANYONE as a mediator between you and The Father except Christ.
C) Using rosary beads and big statues to honor and bow in front of, IS IDOLATRY. It's not "acceptable" because YOU think it's o.k, nor is it because some pope said it.
Your honoring traditions over the clear cut gospel of Christ.
