Not like it's special effects driver, so budget would be cheap for sets and such. I bet the highest cost would be to get the Wachowski's on board. I bet you could make it like they did the Matrix sequels, both filmed simultaneously, and essentially supposed to be one movie. Hell, if you asked me, this is where we finally get Jules from Pulp Fiction making a return. he was out "walking the Earth" and gets involved with this adventure. Let Tarantino guest direct a scene. I mean, all these 90's films had the same vibe and were kinda in the same type of movie.
