...most touching moment of Tyrion unlocking the dragons was that immediately after being unchained they merely turned towards each other and essentially hugged each other...
I think that final please from Melisandre did the trick she finally humbled herself before the lord of light and wasn't arrogant that she knew everything about him or his ways.
I'm not sure the "Lord of Light" even really has a will, or even exists for that matter. It might straight up simply be a source of energy.
Personally I'm of the same opinion as Davos : It's not the Lord of Light, it's just her. She's just a fckn witch that's all.

Guys, thousands of horses trampled the ground in a circle going around Dani. Jorah just went to the middle of the circle and saw something reflecting the sunlight.....not completely far fetched for someone so observant as Jorah

In fairness to Ollie, Thormund and the Wildlings killed his entire village, killed his parents in front of him, and then ate his parents. So it's understandable that he as a child wouldn't ever want to stand with them.

In Jorah's defense, they were tracking Danny -- looking for footprints, signs of struggle, etc. They weren't just randomly strolling through a field. I'm sure horses make quite a mark on dirt/grass as well. If you saw a bunch of commotion in an area you'd probably examine it a lot closer than if it's fresh field.
Not only that but the horses left a circle pretty much untouched. Jorah looked in this one circle, a smaller area, where Dany was standing. A lot smaller area

Notice also that the Red Woman was sitting by the fire, bundled up? She used to say that the fires within her kept her warm. But, she clearly lost her faith or it has been shook, so she is now feeling cold. Great little detail there.
5:20 I think Jorah found the ring easily because it's basically the only grassy area that didn't get trampled by the horde. So it's smaller area to look for something, maybe? And i think the reason Daenerys dropped her ring is because she know she'll get circled around by the dothraki.

I don’t know whether this would’ve worked or not but when the High Sparrow said together, we can overthrow an empire Jamie should’ve put him immediately under arrest. We have heard them say numerous times that the crown, and the faith are the twin pillars and that the Crown must accept the laws and judgment of the faith. Well that should work vice versa that the faith would have to be subject to the laws and judgment of the crown. And, making threats to overthrow the king is a crime, and the High Sparrow should’ve been arrested and put on trial. He made the same threat to Lady Olena. If the High Sparrow is truly as holy and ethical as he claims, he would have to agree to surrender and undergo the crown’s trial if he expects members of the crown to be subjugated to the faiths laws and rules.
Lyanna riding her horse into Winterfell is important. They're showing us bits of the past 👍
Dani was circled by all the riders which resulted in a bullseye to where she was standing. Made it much easier to find that ring in the field.

This is one of my favorite episodes of the entire series. Loved the Winterfell flashbacks with Bran and, of course, Jon coming back to life!

The "Starbucks cup" was in one single quick scene that's unnoticeable as it looks like all the other mugs and food there. And you won't see it as it's been digitally removed from the show now.

Dragons in GOT have an extraterrestrial magical intelligence, that isn't the same as anthropomorphic intelligence. In the books this aspect is more explored, cause the story is becoming more high fantasy as it progresses. The show preferred to keep only the very basic magic, and as a result the dragons are more animalistic and it feels like how to train your dragon in live action.

So, I'm going to defend Jorah finding the ring. Drogon took Dany home to the Great Grass Sea. Also, we know that Drogon was sacrificed to bring the dragons into the world. And his dragon was Drogon. Some people think that there was a real soul imprint of Khal Drogo into Drogon. And Rhaegal is very much a dragon meant to symbol Rhaegar, and Visarion is an avatar of Visaerys. So Drogon (I believe because of Drogo's connection to the great grass sea, Drogo considers it home. And the Khalasar did circle her, like they do, and Jorah knows them and the Grass Sea. He went right to the center of the trampled grass circle, because he knew already what he was seeing. The aftermath of the Khalasar finding a prisoner. And they tracked her to that spot with Drogon sightings. Boom. Totally plausible.

In defense of El batman finding the ring... he wouldn't need to look around the whole field, just the middle of where you could see the horses had circled up.
Remember when Roose Bolton put a dagger in Robb's heart and everyone wanted his head on a spike, boy they couldn't wait to see him die in the most gruesome way? People always start predicting Frey and Bolton's deaths from the very next episode after the Red Wedding. Well now finally Roose is dead and it doesn't even make you feel any type of way except disgust for Ramsay. This is what GoT always does, they mindfuck you so much that when the thing people wanted for a long time actually happens, it's so subversive that it completely takes the joy out of it. It's tiring honestly. Only thing I'm thinking here is "damn Ramsay evil ass just fed his baby brother to the dogs!!!". "I prefer being an only child"...that was a great line too😩

To be fair to Ollie, Tormund is Jon's homie, and directly killed his family. How cool would you be hanging out every day with the dude that killed your mom. I mean, I still don't like Ollie, but he was the only one I could actually understand doing what they did.

@@michaelschaaf1155 [SPOILERS] people only remember the big green explosion and the big battle that made no sense. They don’t remember Arya getting stabbed repeatedly, jumping into literal sewage water, having an uncharted style chase scene and surviving.
Not a hot take at all. In terms of writing yeah it took a sharp decline because they passed the books. They cut corners, began to fast forward, skip important conversations, and character moments that we have been waiting for for 6 seasons. Very questionable and infuriating character choices. But without question it also had some of the best moments of the show. Which does make up for it a lot.
Bran had his moment in season 4. Not 5. Bran wasen't shown in the entire season 5

There wasn't a good chance to burn Jon. Davos needed to show his body to his friends to prove it, then they hid in the building because they were going to kill Davos n friends. What are they going to do, throw a full body in the fireplace? Then it was safe to get the death together to burn, like Tormund suggested, then Davos asked the lady to do the magic. The timing makes perfect sense.
