4953 is a very unique bus in the fleet. It was a demo unit that was delivered to Disney later than the original Novas (which replaced the RTS fleet). Hence why it's the only Disney bus with carpeted seats. (Former WDW driver here)
Actually I honestly think there aren't any times of the year where WDW isn't packed. This has been my 6th time and I was surprised how big the crowds were in the parks.
