There's a deleted scene where the Head of the bank is found dead in the bank by Billy and Kate. Then they find Judge Reinhold who locked himself in the Bank vault to escape the Gremlins. He's gone insane and they close the Vault door to keep him safe from the creatures. 😁
If you look closely at the BAR SCENE. There's a Gremlin Dressed in Mrs Deagle's Hat and fur at one of the tables! The Robot at the Convention was Robbie The Robot from the movie "Forbidden Planet" starring Leslie Neilson. Dick Miller and his movie wife played by Jackie Joseph were in the Original Little Shop of Horrors from 1960. She played the Original Audrey and he was the Flowershop customer who ate flowers.
Pretty good effects for the time. Even the stop motion with the horde of Gremlins descending the town has charm even though it seems rather artificial. BTW the Gremlin eating the Gingerbread Cookies 15:47 was a Practical Puppet! Also all the close ups of Gizmo were done with an Oversized Animatronic face to get more detailed expressions. The woman with the kids who meets Mrs Deagle is Belinda Balaski who's had roles in Joe Dante's Piranha and the classic werewolf movie The Howling.
How do we know that the shop owner in Chinatown and Billy’s family weren’t in different time zones? If The Chinatown shop was on Pacific Time and the family was on Eastern time then Billy could have fed the mogwai anytime before 3am 😂

If he tried to sell me anything he would simply get "I love your hat and I want a sweet bowless fedora like yours" His coat and shirt set up the hat? yes I could work that Also Dick Miller? He was always a pleasure to watch ever since Bucket of Blood. Awesome actor and awesome guy he was 8:43 Grave Cinema to really understand Gizmo's off spring is to read the book because they are hateful, Jealous and don't live as long as him. The conversation they have with him before torturing him is downright TWISTED and shows their behaviour towards violence on him and all those around him.
