I've thought about it, and I might when he's older (or if he asks me to), but I'd worry that it would cheapen something he's proud of if I made a better version of it. In the meantime, he's asked me to make comics of his characters (I did one recently for his birthday that I'll do a video on in the near future), so I'm always happy to do that sort of thing for him.
